I help people make sense of what’s happening inside them — especially when life feels overwhelming or confusing.
Most of the people who find me are not in crisis.
They’ve already done therapy, learned skills, and gained insight…
yet something still feels stuck, inconsistent, or hard to explain.
My work focuses on the patterns underneath:
shutting down during stress
emotional overwhelm
difficulty following through
internal conflict or self-sabotage
relational cycles that repeat
“I know better, but I can’t seem to do better”
I help you understand why these patterns show up — and how to change them in a way that finally makes sense.
This is not therapy.
This is trauma-informed behavioral coaching grounded in neuroscience, clarity, and practical change.
My Background & Approach
I bring over 20 years of clinical and forensic behavioral health experience to coaching, including work with:
trauma patterns and emotional dysregulation
ADHD and executive functioning
shame cycles and overwhelm
complex family and relational dynamics
high-pressure professional environments
identity reconstruction after major life events
I combine this clinical depth with a coaching style that is:
clear
steady
direct without being harsh
deeply grounding
easy to understand
focused on movement, not theory
Clients describe me as someone who can take the most complex internal experiences and make them simple, workable, and safe to explore.
My goal is always the same:
to help you rebuild internal stability so you can think clearly, feel safely, and follow through consistently.
The Rebuilding Rhythm™ Method
All of my work is structured through a coaching model I developed called The Rebuilding Rhythm™ Method, which includes:
MPR Method™ — Meaning · Pattern · Repair
We uncover where the pattern began, map how it shows up, and identify the leverage points to shift it.
Emotional Regulation Skills Integration (ERSI)
Grounding tools, emotional naming, stress recovery, overwhelm interruption, and paced action.
Relational Clarity Framework (RCF)
Understanding communication loops, boundaries, attachment patterns, and conflict reduction.
Neurobiological Coaching
CBT/DBT/ACT-informed skills, somatic grounding, trauma-informed pacing, and nervous system literacy.
This approach helps clients move out of survival mode and into intentional rebuilding.
Who I Work With
I coach:
adults who feel overwhelmed or shut down
people with ADHD or suspected executive function challenges
individuals who “should be doing better” but can’t figure out why they’re stuck
professionals navigating high-stress roles
couples needing clarity (not therapy) about patterns and next steps
families seeking understanding around ADHD-related behaviors
Young Adults (16-25) seeking direction, motivation, and wanting to get unstuck
If you’ve ever said, “I just want someone to help me make sense of this,” you’re in the right place.
My Philosophy
People aren’t broken — they’re patterned.
Once you understand the pattern, you can finally change the experience.
You don’t need more willpower, motivation, or self-criticism.
You need clarity, structure, and a map that makes sense.
That’s what InsightPath™ offers.
Next Step
If you’re ready for clarity and steady support, your first step is a consultation session.
You bring your story.
I’ll help you understand the pattern — and what to do next.
